Data usage New Update on App!!

I have 5 cameras they have all been set the same for the past several years. Connected data in August $439.00 12month (1st time purchase on the 12 month plan) 2 camera went through 12 months of data in 25 days. I’ve been trying to get this resolved tech support back n forth etc and now they will not credit me on any of the data they know this is their issue with app etc and will not take care of their customers!!! Look at app reviews!! I will no longer recommend Spartan.

  The app has nothing to do with the amount of data that the cameras use. The camera sends to the server and that's what uses the data and then from there the server sends to the apps. What camera models do you have?
