I have tried for 3 weeks to figure this out and can't?  Why can't I get a real person to help me?  I have reached out several times during these three weeks to no help?  I have submitted request several times.  

My batteries are good, my Verizon numbers are good, so what is problem?  Can someone email me at time to have call ?  478-731-1000  You can't catch me on phone we have to set up call by emial.  You numbers are not answered as they are not known to  me.

  Otis, support has tried to call and email you. I understand your can't always answer the phone but have you gotten the emails? If not have you checked your spam folder? Someone is going to try and call you again today so if you can keep your phone close that would be great.
