Need help I’m getting a messages said register network failed please check your SIM card and restart. Ever time I go in to the diagnostic I can’t do anything on it. Cause it gives me messages system busy

  Have you checked your data plan to make sure it's active? Is the cameras firmware up to date?

  My data plan is good been paying for it for 3 years now. It will not let me update my firmware from the camera . Is there another way to update it.
