Is this a new camera setup? If so have you purchased a data plan?

No, this camera has been working well for the past three years and all of a sudden that happened

What is the camera model and what is the firmware data showing on the status report?

Have you checked to make sure that the data plan is active? You can go into the cameras menu and default the camera and format the SD card, trying a different SD card would be a good idea also. Is there any chance that the antenna got damaged somehow?

I will check on things that you have said here, but it is not the antenna as I swap them back-and-forth between cameras just now

Data plan is active shows a good Sim card and I did reformat the SD card. but I do not have an extra SD card at the moment.

Did you try the default? You can try it with no SD card. Not sure it will help as it's going to give you a SD card error but maybe it will show bars of signal behind the error message

Default is in the camera’s third menu tab (along with Format and Information and some other things).

Yes, I did the default on the camera and restarted it. Started back up to the set up screen and it immediately says “searching net work”

When I restart it in the upper right corner of the screen it shows like a martini glass with an X to the right side of it.

It should say searching network. The problem is that it’s not connecting. The martini glass is the signal symbol that should change to bars when the camera connects to the network.

Can you post a picture of the SD card you are using? You will have to switch to the desktop view in order to be able to post a photo.

My other cameras say searching network, but on the very bottom of the screen then they connect. this camera says searching net work, but in the middle of the screen. The SD card has been in there for about one year. I do completely clear the SD card from time to time.

The SD card is a 32 MG

I think you mean 32G, but there are all different specs for that size card. Some 32G cards work and some don’t. SD cards sometimes work until they don’t.
