No videos

Videos are not being sent when requested.  However, it shows up as command completed in the command history section.  But again, it has not been completed as I haven't received the video(s).  Very annoying, not sure why I'm paying the extra money for a Spartan if stuff isn't going to work.

    What camera model? is there any message like file not found or timed out in the command history?

    Not sure of the model, that info is at home.  The message on command history says Request Video, the time it was requested, the I guess the time it was completed, then it says 'complete'. Below that is says Camera Me..., then Video IMAG0001-100-1.jpg missing on camera

    There are others, as I'm looking thru the command history, that say 'failed after 3 times' or 'timed out'.  My brother has a spartan, a year older model, about not that far away from this one and he doesn't have any issues with his

    That sounds like an SD card error, I would try formatting the card either using the cameras menu or through the status report page on the app.

    Thanks.  I'm trying to format it thru the app now.  It hasn't processed the vid request from this morning yet, nor the update setting request i did an hour ago.  So i just canceled them.  I would chalk it up to poor cell service but it has 4 bars and there is a cell tower about 300 yards away, so it isn't that.

    I'm pretty sure that it's the SD card, especially since the picture for the file not found error is picture #1. If the format is successful you should get a picture with an F on the info strip at the bottom of the pic

    My cell signal icon is orange, not sure what that means.  My bro's shows up as black.  His camera is a year older

    Its an iphone 15.  Just updated the app.  Icon is black now.  Still waiting for the formatting.

    You'll have to wait for a picture to come in or the midnight status report unless you go to the camera.
