Long delay in taking picture

I have the delay set at 5 seconds, but we tested it today...no pic was taken or sent for at least 10-15 seconds.  I did a firmware update last week and hoped that my issues would be fixed but unfortunately they have not.

    The GoCams don't take another picture while the camera is sending the previous picture (GoLives it can), so the minimum time between pics is at least as long as it takes to send.

    But no pic was ever sent.  We walked in front of it and stood there for a solid minute, and no pic was sent

    Is the camera sending status reports? I thought you were saying the camera wasn't sending pictures faster than 10-15 seconds apart.

    No, I requested a status report an hour ago and it still hasn't come in

    If it's a GoCam it won't send the report until after the camera checks in sending another picture or scheduled status report. Can you screenshot the most recent report and post it here? You might have to set your phone to desktop mode in order to see the insert image icon. Make sure the screenshot includes the whole report all the way down to the SD card info at the bottom of the report.

    So 7:34 this morning was your last picture and you've been walking around in front of the camera since then?

    Around 9:30ish or so we walked around in front of it and waited for a pic.  Haven't been back up there since
