Not receiving pictures

I have had my camera on the same property all year. Within the last 2 weeks I have noticed that it is not sending pictures or taking pictures as it should be and when I try to update the settings through the app it won’t update. I have changed batteries sd cards. Today I finally got it to send 5 pictures then it has stopped taking and sending pictures. Signal quality is showing excellent

    Is the cameras firmware up to date? What is the camera model and the firmware date showing on the status report?

    It also could be the SD card, especially if the settings won't update. Try formatting the card

    Camera is up to date on firmware.

    There are some cameras that will say up to date but they aren't and need to be updated manually. That's the I was asking for the camera model and firmware date. Try turning the camera to set up and once it finds signal press the ok button once to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture. Watch what happens and what it says on the screen.
