my camera was out of warranty 1 month and had to be sent in ..was told not fixable have to buy new one...Your customer service is horrible i have 4 existing cameras and i will never buy another spartan or recommend them to anyone..I own a outdoor business and i would never stay in business with the customer service i received..Thanks
