Go-Live 2 Battery Box Harness

I recently bought several batteries and battery boxes for my Spartan Go-Live 2 Cameras. I had one battery box fall off the tree it was in and it snapped the harness that is incased within the plastic conduit. I was informed from the Spartan support team that I had to buy a whole new battery box setup in order to get the wiring harness. This to me is ridiculous. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

  I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue. I don't think there are replacement parts stocked for the battery boxes.
