    That’s a generic message that just indicates that the camera isn’t able to get on the network. There are several possibilities.

    What is the EXACT camera model and the firmware date from the status report in the app?

    Ok, so it looks like a woodpecker might have damaged the unit. Can I send it in for repairs or to see if it’s salvageable?

    That stinks but at least you know there’s a reason. Please get in touch with support, support@spartancamera.com or 770-582-0004 8:30 am - 6:30 pm Eastern M-F. They’re probably backlogged from the long holiday weekend so email may be better. Someone will get back to you.
