You received my camera on Nov 10th. Haven't got it back. What is the status of the camera? R-322874

Camera won’t turn on the battery connection tabs fell off.

If they are the ones on the very top or very bottom you can order new ones from the Spartan website. If it's one of the middle rows you'll have to email support@spartancamera.com to get an RMA to send it in to be fixed.
