Camera not sending pics

My camera was working fine the last few days all of a sudden I turned on my phone this morning and the camera is not sending pictures in the app or on the web. The battery is fine and the signal is fine.

    Can you screenshot the status report from the app and post it here? It might take two screenshots to get all of the info from the top of the report to the SD card info at the bottom. You'll probably have to set your phone to desktop mode in order to see the insert image icon here.

    Both of my cameras are alerting me of pictures but the photos aren't coming through. I just added more credits to my account then this started.

    Are you sure they are picture notifications and not status report? Android or iPhone? Have you tried logging out of the app and back in?

    Same problem here. Getting gray boxes indicating photos but nothing comes up when clicking. iPhone and yes have rebooted the app. Live stream works. My cameras are solar and battery.

    I have an Android. I deleted the app and re installed it, my pictures started coming through.

    Same. Camera functions fine for a couple weeks the all pictures are replaced w grey No Pictures Available boxes. Changed SD cars and turned camera on and off and that fixed it first time. Now 10 days later - same problem. Unfortunately camera is up on a mountain and not easy to get too

    Status report shows everything is fine w charged batteries and excellent signal.

    Kevin, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If you go to my.sparancamera.com and log in are the pictures there? Are the grey boxes fuzzy grey boxes or is there a message on them that says no image/photo or maybe there's a lock?

    Jack ,what is your purge/keep local cache set to in the app settings? Does anyone else use your log in information to view the pictures? If you go to my.spartancamera.com are the pictures there?

    My images say no photo available. Not very confident in installing cams on trees on my property at this point. I deleted the app and reinstalled which did nothing.

    Did you go to the portal and look to see if the pictures are there? Can you screenshot the status report and post it here, make sure that it includes all the info from the top to the SD card info at the bottom. You will probably have to set your phone to desktop mode in order to see the insert image icon here. Are all permissions allowed for the app on your phone?

    John, Yes pictures are still in the my.spartancamera site. Am starting to understand how this works with local cache.

    Thank you for the help. Will reset local cache interval and report back. May be some time as it’s a wildlife camera

    John. I extended the local cache time and pictures were restored on local cache and now appear on App. So this was all me not understanding how to run system

    One other question. Since one camera is filling its SD card much faster than the other do I just need to re format that camera to keep its card from getting full

    If overwrite is on in the camera settings on the app it should delete the oldest pictures to make room for the new ones. Occasionally formatting the SD card can't hurt though. Glad you got your pictures again.
