I haven't heard of anyone else having issues.

So I did some checking using the data provided and the number of pics. I picked just one of the cameras in the data plan to see if could tell how close the number of pics would be to the data it says I have used. The Spartan site tells me I had used 478 Mbytes. I counted 1475 pictures from Nov 19th to present. I plugged these numbers into their tool that estimates data usage. It gives an average of 175 Kbytes per pic. Using those numbers in the calculator I should see approximately 258 Mbytes of data usage. I know the actual pic size varies but the majority of these pics are at night which would be less than the average 175kbytes. These numbers also correlate with the almost doubling of my data in one day. All of my plans did this today out of the blue.
So far not getting anywhere with the support group. I hope to get someone to help me or explain why data is not matching up and went haywire in one day.

As long as you emailed support@spartancamera.com or called and left a message someone will get back in touch with you. What model cameras do you have and have you requested many videos or HD images?

This one is the Gocam 4G version.

I did some more looking last night and I went through several pictures to see how big the files were.  They are not 175Kbytes.  They are more like 200 to 330 Kbytes which may explain why I used so much data.  That would put my average at more like 250 to 275 Kbytes and that would make it a lot closer to the data listed on their site.  The only thing I can think of is the update for the data usage was way behind and when it finally updated correctly it did it pretty much in one day. That also would explain why it did it on all of them at once.

I will wait until they do.

They found a problem and it has been rectified.  Thanks to the support group which over the years has always been extremely helpful and fair.

I know they are busy but they have always got back with me over the years and helped me.

I appreciate a good company and I work with companies all over the world and quality service is hard to find these days.

Thanks again,  also a shout out goes to the people that monitor this forum and help out on a daily basis.  Your diligence and expertise does not go unnoticed.  Thank you!
