Go cam off line

My GO CAM has worked great and then last night it went off line. Tried to get it back on line, it said register network failed please check SIM card. I did and it will not go back on line. Tried the hello test and it said system is busy. Any help would be great.

    Is the firmware up to date, what is the camera model and the firmware date showing on the status report? Have you verified that the data plan is still active?

    John the firmware is up to date, model is GC-Z4Gb, and firmware date is 2-7-23. And yes plan is still active. Can the sims card go bad,

    They can but it's not very often. You can try removing it and cleaning the contacts with a pencil eraser and wiping it off. Then put a layer of scotch tape on the back of the card and reinstall it. I would also try defaulting the camera and formatting the SD card. Even try a different SD card as well. Is there any chance that the antenna got damaged somehow?

    I have tried all of that, and still nothing. Antenna is fine and I even changed to another and still will not work. When it is searching for network it’s takes awhile and then says register network failed please check SIM card. And in the upper right hand corner the signal icon has an x by it.

    Do you have another working camera that you could try swapping SIM cards with to see if it will at least find signal?

    No I do not, got a call into Spartan just waiting on a call back, thanks for your help
