GoLive keeps going into setup mode
I have a GoLive M that I moved today. During the move I powered down the camera and then turned it back on just as I normally do. After walking in front of the camera to do a test, I heard the audible “beep beep beep” and observed the flashing green light as it does when it’s initially set up. After opening the case I noticed the camera was going through its initialization/searching for service setup again. That completed and I walked in front of the camera again. The same beeps and flashing light happened again. This time I left the camera for 15 min or so before testing. Unfortunately the third test revealed the same. What appears to be happening is that the camera initializes, locates signal, and then once armed is ready. Instead of sending a photo though, it appears to be going back into the initialization mode.
I have done the following:
Updated to the latest firmware
Fresh set of batteries
Used 2 different SD cards that meet spec
Formatted cards within the camera itself
Attempted the test in multiple locations
Pulled the batteries out for 15 minutes
After completing those tasks I have experienced the same results 5-6 times. The camera will still arm but when motion is detected it keeps going back to initializing.
Support team- Please advise

That internal is very low, at 3.76 it should be getting to the point of being ok if that's the issue. Is it still doing the same thing? If so can you screenshot the status report from the app and post it here. It might take two reports to get all the info from the top of the status report to the SD card info at the bottom. You'll probably have to set your phone to desktop mode to see the insert image icon on this forum.

I would try a manual firmware update

I would email support@spartancamera.com, I just heard of someone else with this issue and the problem was a stuck button on the keypad.
