Live stream not available on the Samsung Mobile app

I recently upgraded my Samsung phone and reinstalled the mobile app. I can see new photos, request a status update, but eh live stream button is grayed out. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, etc. The live feature works fine for all cameras on the web app. Phone voltages and signal strengths are good.

  Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.

  That did not resolve the problem. I can use the Live feature through the computer, but not through the mobile app. It is also not allowing Live via iphone mobile apps

  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the iPhone?
