    Look at the command history at the bottom of the status report page on the app and see if there's an error. You may have an SD card issue

    I don’t see an error message but it shows “cancel” as if I could cancel the request.

    Try cancelling it and re requesting it. If it doesn't give you the option to request it again then go to the portal and request it from there. my.spartancamera.com

    If you haven't already maybe set up some scheduled events during the day so the camera will check in.

    I’m in the portal but don’t see that I have the option to request the video here. I did cancel the video request in the app and can see that cancellation in the command history in the portal. The only actions can perform in the portal is ‘download to zip’ and ‘delete files’.

    If you are looking on your phone go back to the gallery for that camera and turn your phone to landscape (sideways) and then click on the individual picture and see if it shows then.

    Nope, I tried that before I responded back to you. The only actions it provides is ‘download to zip’ and ‘delete files’ within the portal.

    I can’t request the video in the app for the original video I wanted because that option is not there. I can and have just requested the video for the picture before it.

    I received the video of the second picture. I logged in the portal using Microsoft Edge and it still only allows me to ‘zip’ or ‘delete’. I had used Google before.

    By the way, my new camera, GoLive2, says my warranty has expired. I think the wrong date was typed in - 11/30/0001

    You can email support about the warranty. I just checked the portal using chrome and I can request videos.

    OMG! I didn’t know I was to pull up the image and select the ‘video’ in the lower right. We have talked about this all day without realizing that’s how you request the video in the portal. I’ve requested the new video from the image that I originally wanted. This still doesn’t explain why it didn’t come through when I requested it last night.
