Requested Video
On my GoCam, I requested a video last night about 10 pm. The status report executed at midnight but this morning I don’t have the video and the option to request the video is no longer available. The camera is already set for picture and video. What happened?

OMG! I didn’t know I was to pull up the image and select the ‘video’ in the lower right. We have talked about this all day without realizing that’s how you request the video in the portal. I’ve requested the new video from the image that I originally wanted. This still doesn’t explain why it didn’t come through when I requested it last night.
