GoLine firmware update issue
On the morning of 1/16/24 I did an over-the-air update to the firmware on 3 of my 7 GoLive cameras to the 2023/12/15 firmware (2 GL-VLTEb and 1 GL-ALTEb cameras). Since then, I am not receiving any email status reports from any of these three cameras. The not-updated GoLive cameras are sending the email status reports correctly (all the the GoLive cameras are setup to "Send Status Report" each day at 1, 7, 13, and 19 hours). The scheduled "take photo" emails are functioning correctly. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I re-did the settings update and checked that the time zone was correct. It did not help. The status reports are not being received in the app. E.g., the camera shows 12:00 status info (from a picture taken then) and there is no status info from the 13:00 status request. Any other thoughts?

Thanks for the heads up. I did the OTA update on the cameras involved and that fixed the problem.
What is strange is that Spartan support ("Patrisha") was unaware of the pending/new OTA update and kept instructing me to keep trying an in-person full default-and-then-format on the camera (which did not fix the problem).
