Problem with Go Love Camera

I can't get the live button to light up on the camera (Achille 2)  When I Go to camera settings and turn live setting and ok up date it, the live button on camera will not light up.  Help please.  Thanks

  Did the camera send a picture or video or status report since you updated the settings from the app?
