Email has stopped working on all cameras

A lot of times email providers block the pictures treating them as spam. You can check your spam folders but they might be being blocked all together. There's also a spot on the portal when you can verify the email address if you haven't done that already.

I have done the verify email and have added more email address's from different domains. I even ran message traces from Microsoft Admin account and they are not even showing up.  The validation email from the portal works, but none of the cameras will send an email from the camera any more.   I am pretty sure it was when I updated the firmware on all the cameras.   Any other suggestions?

You are using the portal to set up the email addresses correct?

    That is correct.

Email is very inconsistent and unreliable, are you using a Gmail address or something else? Are the pictures showing up on the portal and in your app?

I am using my domain's outlook email as well as an apple email.   The Domain email has worked flawlessly for 4 months then march 13th happened.   Nothing else changed on my end of the domain.

Are the pictures showing up on the online portal and your app?

Yes,   they are showing up on both.

I would try a Gmail address and see if that works, in my experience Gmail had been the most reliable. If the pictures are getting to the portal then the cameras are working correctly.
