    I can physically look at command history and can see any changes I made. Will not take pictures. I can go on live and there will be deer standing there

    It may be a bad SD card, if you have the camera in hand go in to the menu and default the camera and then format the SD card and try it.

    Recently put brand new ones in both my cameras and formatted. One works fine. Other one will take pictures of me walking around it but not deer

    And post a screenshot of the status report too please. It might take two screenshots to get all the info from the very top to the SD card info at the bottom
