    If you go to the portal (my.spartancamera.com) are the HD images there? You'll see HD image icon by the photo that you can click on.

    Yes they are noticeably HD on the portal even when viewing on smaller phone screen in lieu of typical large PC screen

    Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in.

    K thx. Once that is done should the past requested HD images (last few weeks) be available or is this basically a hard reset and fresh start?

    Reinstalling didn't allow the older HD images to update. Still standard. I also checked the HD requests on another Android phone and they are still standard as well. The second phone did not uninstall/reinstall the app. For some reason the HDs are failing on the 2 android phones.

    Did you clear the storage and cache?

    Did it make you sign in again after you reinstalled it?

    Is there a way to forward this entire transaction to them? Vs retype?

    You should be able to copy and paste the url from the notification email, just copy and paste the "view comment here" and send it to support.
