Can I put this go live 1/m in a remote location...and turn it on and off via app? Whats the difference btw General question and General?

  Yes you can, if it's going to be a while you might want to turn the live stream off as well to save battery life. The camera will still check in once a day with a status report to see if you've made any changes to the settings.
