The answer to this question yesterday was yes. But ti make sure, I put it out and leave the physical camera switch over to on right? And how do I turn off live stream

  Yes, the camera needs to be turned on and working, I would suggest letting it run for a day or two to make sure everything is working ok. You can turn off the live stream through the app in the camera settings. Just to clarify the camera will still be turned on but you can turn off the sensing and transmitting and live stream feature to to conserve battery.
