The #1 scheduled event is set for every day so you should at least get one status report a day minimum. Have you checked your data plan to make sure it's still active? Can you screenshot the status report from the app and post it here, it might take two screenshots to get everything from the top of the report to the SD card info at the bottom. You might have to set your phone to desktop mode to see the insert image icon.

My data plan is active and plenty of data available.   Here are the screen shots from the last status report.

    Thanks for the help

Everything looks ok there. What are you using for power for the camera? Any chance the antenna got damaged or possibly someone messed with the camera?

There is a chance the Antenna got damaged,  I will have to see if i can get someone to check.   Is there anyway to ping it to see if it is a network or camera software issue?   The cameras I have deployed are very hard to get too.

For power,  I have an external battery and the energizer lithium Ion's inside.

Your camera is down. For some reason it cannot connect to the network. There’s no way to do anything with it remotely until and unless it connects to the network. It only checks in when it sends a photo or scheduled event. It’s not doing that because it can’t for some reason.

Jonathan, you can try cancelling all of your pending commands and request an SD card format, it a very long shot and probably won't work but it's worth a try.

I just sent the request and keeping my fingers crossed.  I will update this forum once I see if it works or not.

If it's going to happen it will most likely happen at the midnight status report.

If your camera still has not checked in since May 11, this is not going to work. If it has checked in within the last day or so, it may check in again and this may work. It will work ONLY if the camera contacts the server again, in which case you will get a status report.
