Go Cam un-responsive for 3 weeks.
I have a Go Cam M out in the field and it has failed to check in for over 3 weeks. It was set up to send a status report and 1 picture every week. I been trying to update the settings to daily status reports and two pictures a week just to get it to start sending again. Last report had 100% battery and 38 signal quality. Are there any steps I can take remotely to troubleshoot the issue? I am currently over 1200 miles away from the camera.

The #1 scheduled event is set for every day so you should at least get one status report a day minimum. Have you checked your data plan to make sure it's still active? Can you screenshot the status report from the app and post it here, it might take two screenshots to get everything from the top of the report to the SD card info at the bottom. You might have to set your phone to desktop mode to see the insert image icon.

There is a chance the Antenna got damaged, I will have to see if i can get someone to check. Is there anyway to ping it to see if it is a network or camera software issue? The cameras I have deployed are very hard to get too.
For power, I have an external battery and the energizer lithium Ion's inside.
