Clearing app to get pictures

I have ask for help with getting pictures on the app.  I did what I was told to do earlier and it didn't help.  I have an S23 android phone.  When I click on the three vertical bars at lower left corner, it says all apps cleared.  Then if I click on spartan app, nothing happens.  I have to click on the app to exit.  Then click on the app and the pictures finally down load.  Kinda irritating.

  Have you tried the following procedure?

  Go into the phone settings (not the app) and go to apps and the Spartan app. Click on storage and you'll see a box to click to clear the cache and another to clear the data/storage, clear both of those and then uninstall and reinstall the app. Before the app opens clear the cache and data/storage again and then open the app and log in. You should be good to go now.
