Status Reports

I didn't receive a status report from one of my three cameras today. I know the batteries are full as I hook two 6 volts up in parallel and it sent me a picture of a deer this morning at 6:30 am. My reports are set for noon each day. Any ideas??

  Sometimes they will miss a report or scheduled picture, it just happens. I would keep an eye on it. Are you running batteries inside the camera as well as the externals?

  Also, when you view the status report screen in the app, did you tap the little curly arrow thing? Sometimes the report comes in but you have to refresh the screen in order to see it.

  For the past couple weeks I have not been getting my noon status reports. Maybe one or two a week.

  Double check and make sure that your time zone is set

  Maybe do a setting update? Sometimes they “forget.”
