Changed to video from the app. And never received a video or any pics from the cam since. Went to camera and it took plenty of vids and pics. So downloaded onto my computer then format card and changed back to pics. It’s taking them on the cam but not sending them to the app. I have premium account.

  Do you have premium credit? Have you checked the portal to see if pictures are on the portal but not on the app? 

  What model camera do you have? (GC-what?) Some models are capable of transmitting videos, others are not. If it’s one of the new models that can transmit video, you should have gotten videos. However, if it’s an older model, it will switch to video and take them but can’t transmit them. However, when you switch back to photo, you should be getting photos.

  I just sent myself a test picture and said I was out of premium credit how do I add premium credit?
