GC-4ZGB won’t even turn on

I have a new GC-4ZGB cam with 100 lifetime pics. I tried updating the firmware from home two weeks ago and the cam stopped working at that time completely. Cam says FW was updated on the app. I went to property today and put in brand new batteries and the cam won’t even power up. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  You may need to contact tech about looking at the camera. Only thing I can think to try is moving switch back and forth rapidly a bunch of times or possibly a new memory card. Make sure it's a class 10 and no larger then 32gb. 8 or 16 gb would be even better.
