    I have the same problem with att camera. I’m 8 hrs away from it. Looked at credits, service and battery, all is showing good. I am getting updates every night. Using app. Pics are not showing up online either.

    By “getting updates every night”, do you mean that you are getting the midnight status report? If you are getting status reports, that means the camera is still connected. Often, when the camera is sending status reports, it means that you are out of credits, but you’ve checked that.

    What kind of batteries are you running? What is the P number on the info strip of the last few night pics?

    I am getting status report every night. Duracell 6v 10ah agm with solar panel. Info strip says P 5. Have 12 credits.

    When did you quit getting pictures? The SD card is not full (it would be unusual for it to be full, but trying to figure out every possible cause for your not getting pics)?

    Think 10/24. No still have room on sd card and have it set to over write. I will have to call them tomorrow. I have another camera that quit also. It won’t even power on. Sent warranty request last week . Haven’t gotten anything back. I bought cameras this year. Nothing but problems. First problem I had was bad SIM card they sent me. Just hope it’s taking picks so I can pull sd card when I get there. Thanks for your help. Think of anything else let me know.

    Morgan Duckett,

    I would try the “Submit a request” above. That’s a new feature that opens a ticket in the system (as opposed to you calling or emailing and tech support opening the ticket). It’s possible that that will get you a faster response than the other contact methods, definitely worth a try.

    I hope that there is a simple explanation. Tech support is better equipped to diagnose the challenging problems than Johnny and I are.

    Morgan Duckett is the cameras firmware up to date? Are you getting pictures sent to the app or through text?

    Yes firmware is up to date. I checked and no update available. Was getting pics through app. Pictures are not going to web portal either. Looked at logs and on the 26th it had a error sending several times and also error receiving several times.
