    The credit should apply automatically once the camera checks in after you purchase more credits. Are the pictures getting to the online portal?

    Ok, if they are getting to the portal then the camera is fine and the premium credit has been applied. Do you have the purge setting set on the app? maybe you are out of storage space. You can also try authenticating the app again and see if that helps. You can try restarting your phone too.
