Camera not sending pics

I have a verizon gocam GC-Z4GB /GOCAM blackout- Want to discontinue premium service since it does not include customer service. I am not receiving pics but premium service is good through 11/29/18. Can someone please help me with getting camera to send pics to my email and discontinue what you call premium service. Thanks

  Do you have the camera in hand? In the settings for the camera make sure power save is turned on. If you would like to send me your portal log in information I can take a look and see if I can find the issue. Email me the info to johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
