    Yes we purchased a data plan through Verizon. It is a GC-VCTb

    Is this a new camera? I’m asking because it sounds like the camera hasn’t been set up before, but that model camera cannot be activated now. 

    What have you done so far and what is or isn’t happening?

    Wayne Blake that's a 3g model and Verizon stopped activating new 3g devices in June. Did you just activate it online or did you talk to someone? If you previously had it on your account that's a different story or if it's a replacement camera.
