How Cameras are Arranged on the Web Portal

What determines the order in which cameras are listed (top to bottom) on the web portal?  On the app it seems to be in alphabetical order, but not on the portal.

  I'm not sure on the portal. On the app you can change the order by hitting the edit button and dragging them to the order that you want them to be in.
