    You've already purchased data plans? What camera models and where did you buy the data from? Does the camera find signal and how many bars?

    In addition to what Johnny says, once the camera is online (not searching for signal), on the fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics and choose Hello test. If the camera does not pass the Hello test, it is not connected to the network and won’t be able to register.
