Camera is not sending pics

    Also i have 3 other cameras on my app and i am recieving pics from all of them

    Have you tried to take and send a manual picture while in set up mode? What camera model and is thefirmware up to date?

    I have tried sending a manual pic, says sent on the camera screen, but i have never recieved them, firmware last update was 8/15/17

    Sorry yes it is set to premium, and instant, i havent changed any settings, it stopped sending pics on 11/11, and then sent a random pic on 11/18, then sent a status update today, i have it set to send status update every day at noon

    There are several models of AT&T cameras and when we’re trying to figure out whether you have the latest firmware or not, we really need to know the exact model.

    When you look at the home page of the app, under your camera’s name is GC-something. What is that?
