Not receiving notifications on my new phone
I recently got a new phone and when I transferred the Spartan app to my new phone it is no longer notifying me when I have new pictures. When I click on the app, it then downloads my pictures. I was always notified before I switched phones. I have removed the app and downloaded it again. I have turned notifications on and off on the phone and still no notifications. I have tried everything I know do to. I have the Spartan Go Cam GC-A4Gb. Old phone was a motorola z play, new phone is galaxy S9. Everything else seems to be working fine with the camera. Thanks in advance for any help.

The Samsungs can be a real pain. Are you using the standard production app or did you click on the link to try the beta version? I would try the beta version and see if it makes a difference. Try restarting your phone if you haven't done that.One last thing to attempt is go in the phones settings and then to apps and open the Spartan app. Do a forced close and clear cache and clear data and that might do the trick.

Thanks for the reply. I followed your instructions and I will let you know if it works. The only thing I couldn't figure out was where to download the beta version of the app? I went to spartancamera.com and clicked on the link for android app. Is that standard or beta? Thanks again for your help!
