not getting emails

    On the portal, did you enter your email address under ACCOUNT > EMAIL CONTACTS before choosing DELIVERY OPTIONS?

     Thank you for the tip.

    I resolved this last night. I remembered that my older camera had the email configured on the camera settings itself. I switched the mode from premium to auto and then entered my email address in the camera settings. Now it is sending the pictures in e-mail.

    How do you stop the emails. I use this camera for my entry. I just want to see pictures on the app. I don’t need them to go to my email. I have unmarked my email in delivery and updated but it doesn’t stay unmarked.

    Log into the online portal and click cameras and then delivery options. You should see your email address checked off, uncheck it and then click update and you should not be getting the pics through email anymore.
