New camera not using free credit
Setup my new spartan camera today. It connected to the at&t network successfully. I added it to the mobile app successfully. I sent a test photo successfully. I did a few walk test and photos sent to the app successfully. When i got home i tried to request a status report but it stayed pending for a couple of hours. I looked at my credit history and it shows 2 different history reports. One with my camera name with zero credits and the other free premium credit with one credit. How do i get my camera to use the free premium credit? I have not purchased any credits as of now. I wanted to use my free month first.

Where did you purchase your data from? If you got it through Spartan you probably got the credits included with the data plan. As far as the pending status report, once you request it it will stay pending until the camera checks in sending a picture or another status report. Also make sure that your time zone is set in the settings.

I just recieved a photo from my camera and the update status is completed so it appears to be working just fine. Im still confused about the credit history though. It shows my camera with 1 debit - remaning 0 and the free premium with 1 credit - remaining 1. I also cannot get the right time or date to load on the camera. I have the central time zone selected but it showed the wrong date and time on the last picture. Maybe it updated the changed after the picture was taken and will appear on the the next timestamp?
