I should add that I have "Bundled data and premium service" until 16 Jan.

I tried sending a manual picture...picture took, email did not send.

Did the camera say "sent" after you took the manual pic? Are you using premium and the app? Or auto?

When I attempt to send a manual photo it keeps cycling from “sending...” to “retrying...”

Using Premium.   Had been working fine for 8 weeks then it stopped.

I have 10 GB free on that card and the batteries are brand new.

Format the card in the camera. There should be lots more than 10G free. Make sure that the file name doesn’t have any spaces or a number in parentheses.

Just formatted in the camera, reloaded the firmware onto the SD card then tried to update FW.  Still says file not found.

Turned off then back on, FW manually loaded successfully.   Tried to send photo and it says server error, contact administrator.

Default the camera, turn it off for a few seconds and then back on and I think you'll be good to go. Make sure you have good signal when you do it.

Defaulted, turned camera off for a good minute.  Still getting “invalid IMEI/MEID, contact customer service”.   Outstanding service where I’m at.

Go into the cameras menu and go the information screen, does the IMEI number on that screen match the one on the sticker on the camera?

Email me the IMEI number that's on the cameras screen and I'll try and get it straightened out first thing tomorrow.

Try it now, it should be good to go. On some rare occasions you have to reregister the camera but try it without first.

Had to re-register the camera and now it works as advertised.   Thanks.
