New Camera GC-C$GB wont accept any commands

Just started up a new GC-C4GB and it works fine sending photos but it will no do a status report, update camera settings or even do a request video through the app.or web portal. These commands were working but now they are not any ideas on what may be wrong here?

    Is the firmware up to date and how's the battery life? Check the P# on the bottom of the last few nights photos. You just set this up today?

    No need to update firmware and yes setup today. Worked fine when I initially setup at the house commands worked but when I went out to the location I am putting it in it wouldn't take commands. Changed nothing.

     

    What does the P# represent? It says P5

    Are you using a class 10 memory card that's 32 gb Max?

    Its an ultra 32G

    You can try defaulting the camera and formatting the memory card and see if that helps.

    tszolis, is the camera working? I thought got it meant the camera was working but I see on the other thread that you sill may be having issues.

    Yes the camera sends pics on its own just can't do commands like retrieve video or camera status and download images. Works on its own though.
