Modules aren’t changeable and I don’t think changing the SIM will work. Cameras are certified to run on different networks.

Why do you want to do that rather than get a camera for the network you want to use it on?

I have a Verizon Camera, works great, but Cell Com has better service in the area so I am thinking on swithching my cell phone carrier.

You can still use your Verizon camera, but you will need to buy your Verizon service through Spartan Camera or get a CellCom camera.

I don't know. I think that there is a plan for 3 months that includes data (250 MB/month?) and premium service for about $35. There are plans for more or less time, more or less data, I'm not using any of them so I don't know pricing.

If you can trade and trust the other person that's probably your most cost effective way to go

Just be aware that the warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
