That is very odd, I wonder if ATT switched some stuff around with the towers. Have you checked the portal to see if the pictures are numbered sequentially or if they all have the same number? Also make sure overwrite is turned on in the settings. Is your data through ATT or Spartan?

Just had another thought, are the pictures getting to the online portal and just not too your app?

I have checked both my phone app as well as the online portal. Both Show sequential numbering of photos until time of the disconnect.

I will turn on overwrite this evening and try that, I know that option is turned off on both cameras because I never knew about needing to use that function.

My data plan is through ATT via the buy-a-session website.

Can I turn on "overwrite" via the portal or is it best if I manually do it on the actual camera itself?

Also, these are the 3G Cameras.

I had heard a rumor in early fall that these cameras will be phased out similar to the old HCO 580 scoutguard cameras I used to have.

Is there any truth to this, or do you know of other people still running the 3G cameras without issues?

Verizon 3g cameras will stop at the end of 2019, ATT hasn't announced a sunset date yet. If you look at the status report it should tell you available space left on the memory card. If you have easy access to the cameras I would actually format the memory cards and see if that helps, just remember you'll loose all the pictures on them. You can also default the camera in the menu and then turn it off and back on to see if that helps.

Okay, I will try these suggestions on the camera which is local to me. The other is 6 hours away and I wont be able to adjust it until mid February.

I will report back with my results.

Thank you for the fast responses.

Ah, I didn't realize the cameras were that far apart. Really strange that they would both stop at the exact same time. If you would like to email me your online portal log in information (email or username and password) I can look and see if I can find something strange. My email address is johnny.lockburner@spartancamera.com
