Cannot connect to AT&T
New camera purchased yesterday.
I purchased the 2GB plan from buy a session and can’t get the camera to connect to the network. When I turn the camera on all I get is “searching network”. When I go to register camera or hello test all I can get is “test failed”.
I have checked my AT&T account and it is active.

There is, but you won't get the videos. The app is also more reliable then text/email. You'll have to go to the online portal and add your cell phone number as an email address under the account tab and email addresses. Then go to cameras and delivery options for that camera and check off your phone number. Make sure you click update whenever you add a number or make a change.
