Only sends some pictures

My camera only executes scheduled events randomly and will only send pictures when I walk In front of it only randomly. I have a spypoint set up I the exact position and it sends pics and my Spartan will not. This is the 4th camera replaced under warranty. Anyone have an idea how to fix this? This camera is only about 1 month old.

    What model number is the camera and is the firmware up to date? Make sure you are using a class 10 SD card (full sized, not a micro in and adapter) and that it's 32 GB or smaller, I prefer 16gb.

    In addition to what Johnny says, have you checked the portal to see what pictures are missing?

    Card is class 10 16g Sandisc ultra regular size ad camera is attb. Only a month old. Should have the newest firmware. I have not check the portal. I’ll do that now

    The pictures on my phone are the same as the portal. Any other ideas?

    An ATTb is an older model. There is no way the firmware can be 5-17-19 as that date has not even gotten here. The latest firmware for that camera is dated 1/31/2018. Definitely an ATTb and not ATTxb or A4G?

    My question about the pictures on the portal was not whether they matched what is on your phone but whether they are numbered consecutively. IOW, is the camera taking pictures but not sending some of them. 

    Do you have the camera set to take more than 1 picture at a time? If so, that is likely the problem. The camera only sends the last photo of the burst. 

    If the camera is set to take/send only one photo at a time, are the picture numbers on the portal consecutive or not?

    Sorry. I didn’t pay attention. The new one they sent us attkb. Firmware is 5-17-18. Not 19. And no the pictures are not in consecutive order. What does this mean?

    Since you moved the camera today it's only missed sending one photo, you may have had poor signal in the other locations, it's hard to sat for sure.

    I only moved it 30’. Same elevation. Don’t think that is it

    ATTxb? Not familiar with an ATTkb.

    30’ can make a difference. I have two A4Gb that are less than 30 ft apart, same height in their respective trees. One shows 2-3 bars, one shows 4-5 bars. I’ve had cameras that I had to walk several yards away from where they “lived” to get them online then walk them back to their homes.

    Have you tried cleaning the SIM contacts? I don’t think that’s the problem, but it can’t hurt. Rub the contacts with a pencil eraser or rub them against your jeans.

    Pictures not in consecutive order means the camera is taking but not sending. However, if you are using photo + vide, the photos will be every other number. Johnny is keeping an eye on that part.
