Camera won't register

    Does the camera pass the Hello test? With the camera online in setup mode, fourth tab, scroll down to Diagnostics, Hello test.

    What do you get?

    What model camera (GC-what)? There should be a sticker on the top left inside that shows that information.

    Also, have you checked to see if the firmware is current?

    I have seen where the Verizon data can take a while to activate, sometimes a couple of hours. Also make sure they activated it as a customer supplied device, a couple of times they didn't do that and the camera won't work. You can also try defaulting the camera in its menu, after you default turn the camera off and back on. I'm guessing you aren't getting any bars of signal strength on the screen either.
