Screen is black, blue

I have a GC-VZWB-LC Has good batteries,class 10 16gb card and firmware is up to date, good on credits also. When I turn it on all I get is a blue screen and a green blinking light. Tried leaving batteries out for a couple days and nothing. Had to send one back like this before. Any ideas?

 

Also have a GC-V4GB Has good batteries,class 10 16gb card. firmware is not up to date,(can not update it with out seeing screen) good on credits also. When I turn it on all I get is a black screen and a green blinking light. Tried leaving batteries out for a couple days and nothing. Removed sim and sd and still nothing. Any ideas?

  If you have any other SD class 10 SD cards, I would try with one of those. I don’t think that will make any difference, but that’s about the only thing I can think of. Maybe Johnny will have some other ideas. Sounds like you’ve tried all the usual basic troubleshooting.

  I did try other SD cards thanks I will call tech tomorrow

  Only thing I can think to try is cancelling all pending commands for the cameras. Have you tried a manual firmware update by loading the update on a memory card and holding the playback button while turning the camera to set up?

  I set up camera it took one picture and then the screen went blank and will not turn on or do anthing

  Have you tried new batteries or a new SD card?
