    If you have any other SD class 10 SD cards, I would try with one of those. I don’t think that will make any difference, but that’s about the only thing I can think of. Maybe Johnny will have some other ideas. Sounds like you’ve tried all the usual basic troubleshooting.

    I did try other SD cards thanks I will call tech tomorrow

    Only thing I can think to try is cancelling all pending commands for the cameras. Have you tried a manual firmware update by loading the update on a memory card and holding the playback button while turning the camera to set up?

    I set up camera it took one picture and then the screen went blank and will not turn on or do anthing
