Verizon camera no longer sending pics
I have a Verizon model camera that stopped sending pics. I've changed the batteries, power cycled the camera several times etc with no luck. When trying to send a test pic, it stops at "setting.." and doesn't get past that point. No pics ever sent. This camera has been in the field for roughly a year or so with no changes. Camera info below:
Model: GC-VZWi/GoCam (VZW) IR
IMEI A0000055C78C98
Firmware version: 2017/05/29-12:31:29 (latest)
Subscription update: 2019-01-17 11:18:39
Last camera status: 2019-01-11 00:00:53

The hello test failing means that the camera is not connected to the network. I would try yet another SD card (because bad SD cards can cause the camera not to be able to log in to the network). I am sure you have a bad SD card, the one that has been in the camera. Whether the new one is bad, I don't know. (Name brand, SanDisk preferred, class 10, standard size, 32 G or smaller, but I prefer 8 or 16)
You may need to call Verizon and ask them to do a DMU key reset on that camera. If that doesn't work or you have problems with Verizon or you want to skip that step, you need to talk to tech support. support@spartancamera.com or 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F.
