Does it pass the hello test? Fourth tab, under diagnostics after cam is online

Have you tried a different name brand standard size class 10 SD card?

Thank you for posting the exact model and FW date.

If you are using premium do you have premium credits?

I'll try the hello test when I get home. I am using the same SD card that I've had in this camera for about a year or so with no issues. I can try a different one as well. I am using premium credits, but I have 31 remaining so I'm good there.

The SD cards can go bad. Check the picture numbers on the portal and see if they are sequential or all the same?

One thing that is odd to me is the camera shows 2 IP addresses in the portal:

    IP Address
    75.255.134.246, 52.200.112.33

Something seems odd there. Granted the portal information is old from the last time it got a status from the camera: 1/11, but still shouldn't have 2 IP's right?

Ahh yeah the pictures available in the portal all show the same picture name:

If the pics all show the same picture number then you most likely have a bad memory card. I guess it's possible the card could be full, do you have overwrite turned on in the settings?

yeah overwrite is on.. I'll try swapping the card out as well when I get home.

I tried the hello test and it failed. New SD card didn't make a difference.

The hello test failing means that the camera is not connected to the network. I would try yet another SD card (because bad SD cards can cause the camera not to be able to log in to the network). I am sure you have a bad SD card, the one that has been in the camera. Whether the new one is bad, I don't know. (Name brand, SanDisk preferred, class 10, standard size, 32 G or smaller, but I prefer 8 or 16)

You may need to call Verizon and ask them to do a DMU key reset on that camera. If that doesn't work or you have problems with Verizon or you want to skip that step, you need to talk to tech support. support@spartancamera.com or 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F.

I’m having this same issue now.  My hello test works, but my test picture fails after getting stuck ‘sending’.  I bought a new SD card and the issue is still the same.  Any ideas?  Did you ever get yours to work?

    Is your firmware current?

What brand, capacity, class, data speed (MB/s) is the SD card? You formatted it in the camera?

What model camera and have you tried defaulting the camera in it's settings?

Just did everything above with a new SD card and on the phone/computer with a Spartan representative. No success. He thinks I should try another different SD card....well I guess I’ll see if that works.

I would for sure, it can't hurt. What model camera do you have? I know the subject is for a Verizon camera but I want to be sure.
