ATT stop sending again?

both of my cameras stopped sending pics again. They have been working great for awhile now but nothing since this afternoon. They are sent to my phone as text messages.

    Are you using premium (I can't remember) and did you check to see if you still have premium credits?

    I'm having the same problem with AT&T. Got a few pictures last night sent to text and some today. Now nothing again. Seems to happen only at night.

    I’ve gotten 1 pic in 16hrs. Hopefully the problem is fixed soon.

    So I have only had one more pic come in and that was today. All 3 that I have received in the last 48 hours have been dated on the 13th

    JDH, yes pics going to portal and e-mail. Looks like the pictures are showing up on my phone fine now. I understand this isn't an HCO Spartan issue and it's an AT&T issue. Why does this continue to happen? Why can't AT&T resolve this once-and-for-all? It's been going on for the four years I've owned my AT&T Spartan camera several times a year. I go days and days and days without pictures texted to my AT&T phone. So frustrating.

    If you are running them on auto you would have to put your email address in the camera. If using premium you could do it on the portal

    All my pictures are being texted to my AT&T account phone now. Has anyone here asked AT&T why this is continually happening and if they are ever going to correct it?

    One of my ATT Cameras quit. I have 11 active credits, not on auto, and I am using premium.i had pictures on the camera that went to the web page but did not go to the app. I removed the card, saved them to my computer, set the camera to default. Verified the most recent FW was intalled(it was) and attempted to send a picture. Nothing goes to the portal or the app. It seems to attempt to send 3 times all showing fail afterwards. The hello test passes and it takes pictures. It just will not send.

    Have you tried a different SD card (class 10, standard size, 32G or smaller, but I prefer 8 or 16)?

    No, but it was working fine up to a few days ago with the card it has. I will try and report back.

    SD cards work until they don't. I had one go bad in a camera that was sending hundreds of pictures a week. It just quit working, no warning, nothing was done to the camera.

    Did you format the card in the camera?

    You mentioned doing all the common things we typically recommend. The only thing you didn't mention was formatting the SD card and trying a different one.

    SD cards cause all sorts of bad things to happen or not happen, things that you would not expect. I have to practically beg people to try a different SD card sometimes because they just don't believe that an SD card could be responsible.

    I personally have not had an SD Card go bad, but after reading about all the card failures here and on Facebook, I now carry two brand new Sandisk 16GB spares. Yes, I was a Boy Scout... ;)

    Smart move :). I have bunches of SD cards of various types so I always have spares. It is amazing what bad SD cards can do to foul things up.
