GC-ATTi not booting up.

Camera less than a year old. Stopped working out of the blue. Got to the field and the unit wouldn’t power on. Left batteries out for 24 hours and put new ones in. The unit will go to a “white screen” when trying to enter setup. Will never actually display the Spartan logo and boot into the setup menu.

Anything else for me to try before sending it in?

  This is going to sound crazy, but have you tried a different SD card? Name brand, class 10, 32 G or smaller, standard size (not micro SD in adapter).

  Hey Liz! Glad to see you’re still here!

  I pulled both the SIM and the SD completely out and the camera still won’t boot. When in setup mode you can tell the screen turns on (backlight) but the spartan logo never appears and it never boots. :(

  I’ll see if I can find another SD card to try as well.

  Contacted support - they said only thing to do was send it in for repair. Luckily it's still under warranty.
